Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

When will I get my Sign?

Once you place your order, we will complete your sign within 5 business days and ship it. For example, if you order on Saturday, your sign will be shipped by the following Friday. We offer free shipping (2-6 days). Expedited shipping options are coming soon. Since we ship from near Indianapolis, Indiana, delivery times will vary based on your location.

Can I get my sign faster?

Rush orders will be available soon! While we can't offer this option to everyone just yet, if you need your sign sooner, please email us at contact@artisdesigns.shop, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide a tracking number for your order so you can monitor its progress.

Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes

Yes, we can ship signs up to 30 inches and porch signs to P.O. Boxes. However, our 36-inch signs are too large for USPS and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

How do I return an order?

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@artisdesigns.shop with details about the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process if it’s eligible.

What should I do if my sign arrives damaged?

Although this is rare, if your sign arrives damaged, please email us immediately at contact@artisdesigns.shop. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly!

Can you carve custom logos or designs that aren't on the website?

Yes, we can! Learn more here.

Can you make my sign double sided?

Yes, we can create double-sided signs, but this option is available on a case-by-case basis, depending on our current workload. We carve two separate signs and attach them back-to-back. The signs will be glued, puttied, sanded, and painted, resulting in a nearly 2-inch thick sign. Contact us at contact@artisdesigns.shop for this request.

Can we do a custom size?

Our standard sizes are 12, 18, 24, 30, and 36 inches in diameter for round and square signs, and 48x10 inches for porch signs. For custom sizes (such as 12x24, 16x32, or up to 48 inches in diameter) we can accommodate this upon request. Prices will vary based on size. Email us at contact@artisdesigns.shop to discuss your needs.

Can I hang my sign outdoors?

PVC signs are weatherproof and suitable for outdoor use.

While our wood signs are treated with General Finishes 450 Outdoor Top Coat, they are primarily designed for indoor use only. For outdoor placement, we recommend our weatherproof PVC signs. If you choose to place your wood signs outdoors, though this is not warranted, we suggest periodic resealing with General Finishes 450 Outdoor Top Coat or Spar Varnish to maintain their appearance.

How do I hang it?

All signs come with a carved keyhole on the back, positioned in the upper middle of the sign. For hanging, use a large nail or screw. For 30 inch sizes and above, we recommend a screw due to the increased weight. Place the keyhole over the nail or screw and slide the sign to center it. Ignore the two small holes below the keyhole; they are used during our manufacturing process and are not for hanging.

What are the signs made out of?

Our wood signs are crafted from high-end cabinetry grade plywood. Our PVC signs are made from rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a durable plastic material that is weatherproof and ideal for outdoor use.

I want a custom paint color/need a paint sample.

We can accommodate custom paint colors or provide paint samples on a case-by-case basis if you would like to see the color in person before receiving your order. Email us at contact@artisdesigns.shop with your request.

Can I make changes to my design after it has been placed?

Due to our quick production timeline, we cannot guarantee last-minute changes. However, if you made a mistake, email us immediately after placing your order at contact@artisdesigns.shop, we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
